Exercise! Diet! Whoo, Good Times!

I'm reading this book: Pain-Free Arthritis: A 7-Step Plan For Feeling Better Again. I've read it once before, but this time I'm inspired to do the stuff it says, namely exercise and diet. I hope that I'm FINALLY REALLY ACTUALLY TRULY CONVINCED that exercise and diet can dramatically diminish so many different health problems. I have to do it. I can't be in pain all the time like I am - it's too miserable. It's a matter of enacting major life change that's so hard.

Anyways, I'm optimistically turning a new leaf in life. Well, fingers crossed anyways. Spring is here, and the outlook seems sunny.

Also I'm contemplating going back on caffeine, at least unless it seems to be too negatively overwhelming. I've been off it awhile and am okay with that, but I enjoy drinking coffee an awful lot.

maybe you could switch to green tea with an occaisonal cup of coffee? surely that would be a positive change. maybe. I'm not much of a offee drinker myself - I'm big on the tea, but monthly migraines dictate that I give in and have some major caffeine. So anyway, my rambling point is that it isn't all bad.

Actually that's a really good idea. Green tea is supposed to be good for arthritis & it has antioxidants, which coffee doesn't. There are no health benefits to coffee that I know of, but there are for green tea for sure. I'm an avid drinker of decaf green tea, but could easily switch to regular.

Molly gave up caffeine cause it was making her boobs hurt.

I ended up drinking double the amounts I usually drank to make up the difference.

Now I'm starting to get boobs.
