Oh no ... not at all. It's easy to tell the constructive criticism from the constant complainers. You're right we can't please everyone but our job is to try and the more communication we get from you the better. It was just nice to receive a professionally written letter from someone who obviously has good manners and can spell words with more than two syllables! :)
